3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account using a unique instructor ID and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining accurate and current account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring the security of your password and authentication credentials

6. Administrative Functions

6.1 Admin Responsibilities

Users with administrative privileges are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving pending credit entries
• Maintaining accurate instructor and organizational data
• Managing instructor levels and promotions fairly and consistently
• Protecting the privacy and security of user data

6.2 Audit Logging

All administrative actions are logged for security and compliance purposes. Administrators acknowledge that their actions within the Service may be reviewed and audited.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Way Martial Arts LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
